Simply select the page you would like to advertise on and subscribe using the paypal link to set up your account. Email us the exact page(s) you wish to advertise on and how you would like your ad to appear. Ad will be up in 24 hours from subscription.
Your Ad(s) can either be up to a 125 x 125 graphic banner or specific keyword advertisements. You may use up to 75 characters to describe your ad if using text, please remember to send us your link if you want to link to an outside website. Larger banner sizes may be available for an additional fee on a case by case basis.
When you select to advertise on any sub-page all other non-subscription based advertisements will be removed leaving you the only advertiser type on that specific page (no Google keyword competition, no affiliate ads, nothing but you! We will only sell one ad per paid page per advertising medium.) $5.00 per month per page. We do reserve the right to link out to other sites for relevant content linking or for other sites owned by us. *this means just one realtor, one loan officer, one credit repair company, etc. per page. No exceptions don't ask.

10% per additional page up to 10 pages (pages 2-10),
25% per additional page for pages 11-50, please allow 48hrs for all ads to be in place above this point
35% off per additional page over 50 pages. (plus free home page ad)
Pay for a whole year upfront and get an additional 10% off.
Get top billing with Advertisements on all other non-subscribed, non-competing pages in the whole site $1000.00 per month. This is about .75 cents per page currently as of march 2007 (all existing Google and all other affiliate type ads will stay) I know that this sounds like a lot but we get many applications every month and not just from Texas on this website. Also remember that we only originate loans in the state of Texas but our traffic comes from all over. *We will offer our clients the option of calling you first for services we can not do if you do a site wide subscription however, we will never forward our clients information or their 1003 mortgage application directly without their expressed permission.
